Brenda was born on July 28, 1967 in Elgin, Illinois to John Paul Jones and Karol Joy Greenberg Lowery. She is preceded in death by her father. Survivors include her mother Karol Joy Lowery; brothers, Steven Paul Jones and wife Freda, and Jack Jones and wife Kathy; niece, Nicole Jones and nephew, Alexander Jones.
