Harold Wayne Hollimon, age 62 of Seguin, passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2012. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Jeremy Roy officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at San Geronimo Cemetery. Wayne was born on August 19, 1949 in San Antonio, Texas. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. Wayne is preceded in death by his mother, Laurissa Jewel (Jo) Carmack Miears and his father, Charles Oscar Hollimon. Survivors include his father, Ira Miears; brothers, Alvie Hollimon and wife Deborah and Dickie Miears and wife Emily; sister, Florence Raney; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
