Aaron Spears, age 54 passed away August 8, 2016. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 5-7pm at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 12, 2016 at 10 am at Emanuel's Lutheran Church with Rev. Charles McKnight, Jr., Rev. Charles Purnell, Jr. and Rev. John Meande officiating. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery. Aaron was born November 14, 1961 in Seguin to Arvie James Spears and Theresa Mae (Phillips) Spears-Walker. He is preceded in death by his parents and his twin brother, Abron Spears. Survivors include his loving siblings, Carolyn Freeman and Shaakir, Gerald Spears and Ashlee, Leslie (Larry) Hooker, Patrick Mack and Aaron Jackson; Aunts, Gloria Dawn Davis, Betty James, Amanda Davis and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members and many friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Kenneth Crump, Willie Bruns, Pablo Morales, Charles Taylor, James Campbell and Aaron Wright. Honorary pallbearers include Ray Franklin, Bob Wright, Bernie Little, Anthony Spears, Joe Patterson, Clarence Little and Henry Young.
