Abron Spears, age 54 passed away January 31, 2016. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2016 from 5-7pm at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 11 am at Emanuel's Lutheran Church with Rev. Charles Purnell, Jr and Rev. John Meande officiating. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery. Abron was born November 14, 1961 in Seguin to Arvie James Spears and Theresa Mae (Phillips) Spears-Walker. He is preceded in death by his mother. Survivors include Daughter, Crystal Dawn Spears; Father, Arvie James Spears; Siblings, Aaron Spears, Carolyn Freeman, Gerald Spears, Leslie Hooker, Patrick Mack and Aaron Jackson; Aunts, Gloria Dawn Davis, Betty James, Amanda Davis and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members and many friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Thomas Nichols, Kenneth Crump, Willie Bruns, Pablo Morales, Charles Taylor and James Campbell. Honorary pallbearers include Joe Patterson, John Patterson, Vance Redix, Mason Schmidt, Aaron Wright and Aaron Jackson.
