Alfredo (Fred) Garcia, a resident of Seguin, Texas, died peacefully and went home to Jesus on June 15, 2022 at the age of 68.  He was born on June 01, 1954 in San Marcos, Texas.  He is preceded in death by his parents Felix and Santos Garcia and his brothers Curtis Garcia, Felix Garcia, Willy Garcia, David Garcia, and sister Margarita Garcia.

He is survived by his children, Celeste Tran (Ryan); Jennifer Cardenas (Robert); Natalie Garcia (Kevin); John Michael Garcia; Alfredo Steven Garcia; Victor Curtis Garcia; Andie-Kay Garcia; Michael Martinez and Adrian Velasquez.

His sisters Gloria Sellars, Judy Esquivel, Matilde Juarez, and Linda Khan.  His brothers Roy and Henry Garcia.  Along with his 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons; and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.

Fred was a dedicated hard worker at Garcia's Mexican Restaurant.  He also enjoyed fishing, dancing and hanging out with friends.

Visitation will begin on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 9 a.m. followed by the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 10 a.m. followed by funeral services at 10:30 a.m. with Deacon Nick Carrillo officiating. Interment will follow at San Geronimo Cemetery.
