Alvin A. Guillaume, Jr. of Seguin, formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away on January 19, 2010 at the age of 83. A memorial mass will be held Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 10 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids, IA. Private Interment will be held at a later date. Alvin was born July 16, 1926 in Sioux City, IA to Venita and Alvin Guillaume, Sr. He was a veteran of WWII and retired from Hydro Carbon Transportation of Iowa City as an electronics technician. Al is survived by his wife of 57 years, Pauline; daughters, Cynthia Van Den Baard of Seguin, TX, Debra Stewart of Cibolo, TX and Cheryl Wood of Cascade, IA; sons, Paul Guillaume of Sarasota, FL, Clyde Guillaume of Iowa City, IA, Alvin Guillaume of St. Petersburg, FL and Francis Guillaume of Mt.
