Anitha C. (Nina) Heep, age 76 of Seguin, passed away on July 10, 2012. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2012 from 2 to 7 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. The recitation of the rosary will be held on Friday, July 13, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church with Rev. Gregory J. Nevlud officiating. Interment will follow in St. James Catholic Cemetery. Anitha was born on June 22, 1936 in Corpus Christi Texas to William Charles and Sophie Marie Knesek Zapletal. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Joyce Opp. Survivors include her loving husband of 55 years, Carlos Heep; daughters, Angie Rhodes and husband Jim, Robin Janysek and husband Norbert; brother, Jerome Zapletal and wife, Mary Ann; brother-in-law, Terry Opp; grandchildren, A'Laura Bell, Nicholas Janysek and Katy Rhodes; great-grandchildren, Perry, Raylee and Sawyer Bell; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
