Anna M. Kenny, age 82, passed away on October 10, 2011. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Jeremy Roy officiating. Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery. Anna was born on April 19, 1929 in Uvalde Texas to Harry Rue and Lola Mae Dodson White. She grew up in the Pearsall area and began farming and ranching in the San Marcos Area in the early 1970's until her husband passed away in 2009. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 31 years Ronald Kenny, her parents and her brothers, Joe F. White and Vernon H. White. Survivors include her niece, Judy Benton of Estancia, New Mexico, her cousin Sam Reed, Jr. and loving friends. Pallbearers will be Gus Elbel, Luther Wilburn, Albert Jonas, David Ivy, Sam Wostal, Sam Reed, Jr., Bryan Elbel and Jeff Elbel.
