Anthony C. "A.C." Neidhart, Phd., age 82 passed away January 6, 2016. Memorial mass with military honors will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 9:30 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Private interment will be held later at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. Dr. Neidhart was born July 19, 1933 in San Antonio to Adolph Conrad and Mary Elizabeth (Hamilton) Neidhart. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force where he retired early. He received his Doctorate in Political Science from Texas State University. Upon graduation, he worked for LBJ Library on the campus then headed the business administration at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Rutherford, New Jersey. Later, he semi-retired to Lake McQueeney where he was an adjunct professor at Palo Alto College teaching American Government. He is preceded in death by his parents and daughter Kathryn Rose Neidhart. Survivors include his wife Gregoria Ortiz Neidhart; sons Charles Neidhart and wife Janice, David Neidhart and wife Nancy and John Neidhart and fiancée Katherine Miller; grandchildren Megan Neidhart, Melissa Neidhart, Jessica Neidhart, Carter Neidhart, Nathan Neidhart, and Preston Neidhart and great granddaughter Kaylee Faith Penrose.
