Arlene Loree Kappelmann Milner, age 81 of Seguin, passed away on February 21, 2023.  Arlene was born in San Antonio, Texas to Ethel Loree (Hunter) and Otto Herman Kappelmann.

Arlene is preceded in death by her husband Bobby Milner, her son, David Milner, granddaughter, Britanee Bohannan, her parents, her brothers, James Kappelmann and Charles Kappelmann and her sister, Joann Kappelmann.

Survivors include her son, Vernon Milner; daughter, Joanna Hilton and husband Rob; grandchildren, Alyssa Winkleman and husband Tim, Christopher Milner, Brandi Milner, Steven Milner and wife Jamie, Mallory Haynes and husband Danny, Rusty Johnston and wife Eleven, Hannah Milner, Rachael Widman, Bobbie Jo Henk, Eric Teague, Brogan Boyce and husband Christopher, Milan Hilton-Sookchan and husband Justin, and Jake Hilton; great-grandchildren, Kaylin, Ava, Ryder, Lukas, Samuel, Hailey, Lyndsay, and Maddy; sisters, Betty Irey and Carol Hudgens; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.

A memorial service celebrating Arlene's life will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Country Church in Marion with Pastor James Morris officiating.  Private interment will be held in the Nockenut Cemetery.
