Aurora Mendoza, age 85 of Seguin passed away on July 19, 2009. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 followed by a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel. Procession will depart Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Santa Clara Cemetery in New Berlin. Aurora was born on June 14, 1924 to Dario and Maria Garcia Mendoza. Her parents precede her in death as do her sisters, Soccorro Mendoza, Jovita Mendoza and Manuelita Arzola. Survivors include her children, Joe M. Polanco and fiance, Carmen Adame, Oralia Lopez and husband, Miguel and Robert Mendoza and wife, Dolores; sisters, Amelia Polanco and Mercedes Gomez; brother, Jose Incarnacion Mendoza; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
