Barbara Ann Stigall, age 79 of Seguin, passed away on September 21, 2015. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2015 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Tom Jones officiating. Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery. Barbara was born on January 31, 1936 in San Marcos Texas to Tom and Lottie (Massey) Cowan. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Stigall, her parents and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include her sons, Mark Stigall and Scott Stigall and wife Vicki; grandchildren, Kevin Stigall and wife Ashley, Cody Stigall and fiancé Sandra Lopez and Craig Stigall; great-grandchildren, Kylie and Charlie Stigall; sisters, Dorothy Laidley and husband C.
