Bertha Anita Mueller, age 87, of Seguin, Texas, passed away on March 31, 2024. She was born on December 26, 1936, in Houston, Texas, to Herbert and Bertha Mueller.  Anita grew up in Tomball, Texas, and graduated from Tomball High School Class of 1955.  She attended Massey Business School and later attended the American Institute of Banking.

Anita and Charles were members of Grace Lutheran Church since 1976 and she was a member of the Dorcas Guild at the church.

Anita is preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Charles Walter Mueller, her daughter, Betty Jeanette Mueller, and her parents.

She is survived by her daughter Carrie Mueller; grandchildren Richard Wessels and his bride Maegan, Crockett Wessels and his bride Kaitlyn and Abra Wessels and fiancé Bryan Burns; great-grandchildren Kallie, Jeremiah, Julia, Noah, Scarlet, Hugo, Koltin, Charlie, Daphne, and Jameson; identical twin sister, Betty Juanita Terrell; nieces, Vanita Hodge and husband Richard and Susan Leppard and husband Steve; several great-nieces and several great-nephews, other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will begin on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Chaplain Kenneth Holder officiating.  Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Richard Wessels, Crockett Wessels, Koltin Wessels, Charlie Wenner, Richard Hodge, and Lane Hodge.
