Billie L. Beaman, Jr., age 82 of Seguin, formerly of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Shell Knob, Missouri, passed away on April 11, 2024.  Billie was born on March 19, 1942, in Tulsa Oklahoma to Pansy Mabel (Coonce) and Billie Leroy Beaman, Sr.

Billie was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and was a graduate of Will Rogers High School Class of 1960. He owned and operated Divco Inc. for 23 years.  Billie enjoyed racing his sprint car at the Tulsa Speedway.  In 1999, Billie and Lela moved to Shell Knob, Missouri where they both enjoyed boating and fishing and all the other simple pleasures of retirement.  In 2015 they moved to Seguin, Texas to be closer to family.

Preceding Billie in death are his parents and brother, Robert L. Beaman.

Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Lela Beaman; children, Ricky Beaman and wife Marisol, Dr. Judy Angela Miller and husband Alven, Michael R. Beaman, Amy Jo Pina and husband Greg, and Brian Beaman and wife Laura; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Judy Goff, and Diana Knott and husband Dennis; brother-in-law, Raymond Brown and wife Ida Mae; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members and many friends.

A memorial service celebrating Billie's life will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Living Waters Worship Center, 3325 TX 46, Seguin, Texas, 78155, with the Reverend Paul Mason officiating.  A reception will follow.  Private interment will be held at a later date.
