Billie (Toody) Eison Fritts, age 67 of Seguin, passed away on May 8, 2012. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 10 a.m . at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Jeremy Roy officiating. Private interment will be held at a later date. Billie was born on April 13, 1945 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to William Taft and Verdie Mae Ledbetter Eison. She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her loving husband of 45 years, Ray E. Fritts, Jr.; sons, Jeffrey E. Fritts and wife Tracy, and Antony W. Fritts and wife Regan; grandchildren, Tyler Fritts, Christina Fritts, and Callie Fritts; brother, Jerry Eison and wife Sue; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
