Carl C. Payne, age 80 of Seguin passed away on August 3, 2020.  He was born in Texas on June 17, 1940.  He is survived by many friends and caretakers at Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Seguin.  Private services will be held at San Geronimo Cemetery in Seguin.  You are invited to sign the guest book at www.treshewell.com .
