Carol Franks Fey, age 67 of Seguin, Texas passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2020. Carol was born on November 22, 1952 in San Antonio, Texas to L.E. and Mable (Hall) Franks. Carol will be remembered as a beloved nurse at McKenna Hospital in New Braunfels before her retirement.  She and Roy celebrated 16 of their wedding anniversaries on a cruise ship where many good times were had.   She enjoyed hiking in state parks and loved everything about nature.  But her most precious times were spent with family, her most favorite role being "Grandma" to Luke.  She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Paul Alan Franks. Survivors include her loving husband of 48 years, Roy Fey; daughters, Beverly Fey and partner John Brem, and Heather Blankenship and husband Greg; her grandson, Luke Blankenship; many other loving family members and many friends and her beloved fur babies.
