Carolyn Perrill

Carolyn Faye Perrill, age 83 of Seguin, Texas, passed away on June 18, 2026. Carolyn was born on October 8, 1942, in Ada, Oklahoma to Vada Bell (Dyer) and Jesse James Sawyer.

Carolyn was a 1960 graduate of Duncanville High School. She graduated from Nursing School at St.Paul Hospital in Dallas and began her 30 plus years as an LVN. She worked at various locations including Warmsprings Rehabilitation Hospital and Guadalupe Valley Hospital, as well as various doctors in Seguin.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard, her parents, and nine siblings.

She is survived by her daughter Rachael Frasier, grandchildren, Sarah Reiley, Brendan Frasier and sisters Janice Sternfels and Joyce Wageck. Carolyn also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

The family wishes to thank Omnix Health Care Services, Gracious Hearts Assisted Living and their wonderful nurses and staff including Grace, Memphis, Jordan and Melissa.

Per Carolyn's wishes, no services will take place.
