Charles E. Norman, "Charly", age 67 of Seguin, passed away on January 2, 2017. A private services will take place at a later date. Charles was born on August 1, 1949 in Kingman, Arizona to Charles T. and Edna Ray Howard Norman. Charles is preceded in death by his loving wife, Pat; his parents, and sister, Alexa Ray Norman. Survivors include his son, Larry Norman and wife Michelle; grandchildren, Hannah, Ian, and Bella Norman; brother, Lee Norman and wife, Melva; nephews, Clae Norman and Luke Norman; niece, Cayla Norman; as well as other loving family members and a host of friends.
