Rev. Charles Darwin Ketchum, age 82 of Seguin, joined our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery in Corpus Christi, Texas. Charles was born on February 18, 1938 in La Junta, Colorado to Orville and Grace (Bickel) Ketchum. Mr. Ketchum was a Corpsman (Medic) in the Navy. He later became a Pastor. He Pastored a Church of Christ in Amarillo, Texas. Charles is preceded in death by his parents, and his sons, Mark Ketchum and Andrew Ketchum. Survivors include his loving wife, Susanna Ketchum; son, Jim Ketchum; step-son, John Tamez; step-daughter, Thelma Vasquez; granddaughter, Debra Villanueva; sister, Elenore Dowdell; and numerous other loving family members and many friends.  He was a great father to his children, a wonderful husband and a kind and gentle person to everybody who knew him.
