Charles Phillippi, age 58, of Seguin passed away on June 11, 2015. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel followed by a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. with Chaplain Rhonda Robbins officiatng. Charlie was born on February 26, 1957 in Marion, Ohio to Willard Phillippi and Peggy (Gray) Sisco. Charlie was known for his devotion, spending 15 years driving for G&K Service. He also loved his family dearly; fishing with his brothers and playing the slots with his mother at the casino, but his two most favorite things of all were watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and decorating for the Christmas season. He is preceded in death by his father, Willard. He is survived by his mother Peggy Sisco; brothers Michael Anderson, and wife Conni, Bill Anderson, Kenneth Bennette and fiancée Kacee McDermett, and James "Jim" Scott, and wife Sue, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
