Charles William Barker, age 71 of Seguin, passed away on June 6, 2024. Charles was born in on September 12, 1952 to John L. and Rosetta M. (Waters) Barker.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his loving wife Gayle Odom Barker; daughter, Heather Yi and husband James; granddaughter Hannah; step-daughter, Nicole Eller; step-granddaughters, Christian, Rozlyn, Haylee; step-grandson Casper Eller; siblings, Steven Barker and wife Yvonne, Jim Barker and wife Dianna, Bob Barker and wife Cathy, Don Barker and wife Hillary, Ron Barker and wife Deb, and favorite sister, Kathy Culver and husband Bobby; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and many friends.

Charles spent 12 years as an X-ray technician in the U.S. Army, and he retired 20 plus years from UPS.

A private celebration of life service is being planned for a later date.
