Christopher Layne Dietz, age 49 of Seguin, passed away on February 12, 2025.  Christopher was born on July 29, 1975 in Seguin, Texas to Beverly Ann Sylvester Dietz and Travis Layne Dietz.

Christopher worked in the health care profession as a licensed vocational nurse for 25 years.  He enjoyed barbequing and spending time at the beach. His favorite hobby was metal art welding.  He will be remembered as a huge fan of the Houston Texans football team.

Survivors include his loving wife, Natalie Dietz; children, Dylan Dietz, Alexis Dietz, Salene Dietz, Alexandrea Dietz, and Conner Dietz; mother, Beverly Ann Dietz; father, Layne Dietz and wife Pamela; sisters, Sunni Sullivan and husband Mike, and Chelsea Larson and husband Chris; uncle, Larry Sylvester; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Karen and Daniel Brumley, Sr.; brother-in-law, Daniel Brumley, Jr.; other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will begin on Monday, February 17, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel followed by funeral service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Ron Zipp officiating.  Interment will follow in the San Geronimo Cemetery.
