Chub Puckett, age 74 of Seguin, passed away on June 10, 2016. Chub was born on August 22, 1941 in Wisconsin to George Frank and Myrtle Alice (Sutton) Puckett. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 43 years Sherralyn "Cookie" Puckett, his parents and a brother. Survivors include his children, Timothy Charles Puckett, Tina Jo Mata, David Paul Puckett and wife Kami, Terry Richard Puckett and wife Jill, Daniel H. Puckett and wife Cynthia, Jeffrey Allen Puckett and wife Wendy, and Monica Puckett and boyfriend Randy Valdez; grandchildren, Elise Mata, Larra Mata, Buddy Puckett and fiancé Devin Jackson, Joni Thompson, Taylor Puckett, Kaci Puckett, Colten Puckett, and Amanda Puckett; great-grandsons, Xavier Mata and Gideon Mata; numerous siblings, and many other loving family members and friends.
