Connie Marie Peeples Benns, age 40, of Seguin, passed away on February 28, 2016. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 from 5 to 7 pm at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 10 am at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Marcos Avalos and Rev. Billy Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Dugger Cemetery. Connie was born on October 22, 1975 in Seguin to Eldred Douglas and Wanda Jean (Rhoades) Peeples. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Reuben and Minnie Lou Rhoades, and Travis and Norma Peeples. Survivors include her children, Bridget Anne Benns and fiancé Tyree Randle, Allyssa Marie Benns, Abigail Gabrielle Benns, and Garrett William Benns; granddaughter due in April, Addyson Yvette Marie Randle; her parents, Eldred and Wanda Peeples; sisters, Tammy Peeples Compton, and Susan Peeples Cowey and husband Darrell; former husband and friend, Ethan Blaine Benns; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Tammy Compton, Chelsey Cabral, Lance Cabral, Tyree Randle, Darrell Cowey, Russell Bartlett, Morgan Benns and Glenn Jackson. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for Connie's final expenses.
