Daniel K. Degn, age 58, of Seguin, passed away on April 10, 2008. Dan, also known as "Blue" was born on July 5, 1949 in Anchorage, Alaska to Gail O. and Lillian Steffens Degn. He was an accomplished artist and he loved fishing. He is survived by his wife, Gelis and daughters, Layla and Savannah of Palma, de Mallorca, Spain where he had lived most of his life. Other survivors include his parents, Gail and Lillian Degn; brother, Faron; sisters, Rory and husband Howard and Tracy and husband Mark; several nieces and nephews. Services will be private.
