Debbie Garcia, age 60, peacefully passed away surrounded by family on November 28, 2023, in New Braunfels, Texas. She was born on November 21, 1963, in Beeville, Texas to Margie (Arriola) and Harry Vaughn.

Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, and her loving husband, Ismael "JR" Garcia, Jr.

She is survived by her children, Monique MyCue and husband Ryan, Cierra Garcia and husband Luis, James Garcia and wife Alexis; grandchildren, Easton MyCue and Lindsay MyCue; and her fur baby, Myla; brother, Harry Vaughn, Jr. and wife Judy, Robert Vaughn and wife Ruth, Richard Vaughn and wife Tomi; sisters, Mary Ann Shaw, Ruby Updyke, and Sandra Vaughn, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family members.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 5 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel followed by the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:30 p.m. with Deacon Nick Carrillo officiating.  A procession will depart Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. for the Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 10 a.m.   Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be James Garcia, Luis Pena, Jr., Ryan MyCue, Josh Lopez, Randy Johnson, James Johnson, Richie Vaughn, and Richard Vaughn, Jr.
