Debra Harrison Welch, age 55 of Dewville, passed away on September 1, 2014. A memorial service celebrating Debra's life will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Dewville United Methodist Church with Rev. Bill Alex officiating. Private interment will be held at a later date. Debra was born in Dallas Texas on January 21, 1959. She was a member of Dewville United Methodist Church, Windmill Emmaus Community and the Kairos Prison Ministry International. She volunteered at God's Storehouse in Nixon. Debra will be remembered as a wonderful homemaker and wife. Survivors include her loving husband of 20 years, Joe Welch; son, Josh Abu Ata; grandson, Tyson Abu Ata; mother, Johnnie Randolph and husband Tim; father, Donald Ray Harrison and wife Delores; sisters, Donna Wegner and husband Terry, Jana Yarbrough and husband Steve, and Diane Harrison; brother, Loy Ray Harrison and wife Dillie; step-sister, Trisha Gray and husband Jerry; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends.
