Delton Floyd Rone, Sr., age 82 of Seguin, passed away on April 8, 2015. Graveside services with military honors will be held on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 11 a.m. at San Geronimo Cemetery. Delton was born on October 14, 1932 in Gonzales County Texas near BeBe to Delbert T. and Leta F. (Scott) Rone. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and served as a reserve Deputy in the Wilson County Sherrif's Department. He will also be remembered as a banker. He was a member of Temple Beth-El in San Antonio, Texas. He is preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Rone, his parents and his sister Opal Elizabeth Abeles. Survivors include his daughters, Peggy Brietzke and husband Jerry, Jenni Deptawa and son-in-law, Gary Bellinger, Zena Rone-Hildebrand and husband Jacob, and April Rossmeier and husband Paul; son, Delton Rone, Jr. and wife Shawna; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
