Donald Eugene (Don) Smith, age 81 of Seguin formerly of Big Spring, passed away on January 30, 2012. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 10 a.m. followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Robert K. Odom officiating. Interment will follow at San Geronimo Cemetery. Don was born on May 13, 1930 in Big Spring ,Texas to John Henry and Clara Elma Page Smith. His loving wife Geri Smith and his parents preceded him in death. Survivors include his sons Don Smith and wife Sandy, and Edward Smith and wife Linda; daughter, Susan Flickinger and husband Terry; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; family by marriage, daughter, Sherry Lessner and husband Ron; sons, Dave Odom and wife Jill and Bob Odom and wife Cindy; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
