Doris Murle Cook, age 93 of Seguin, formerly of Conroe, passed away on October 4, 2017. Graveside services and interment will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Park in Crockett, Texas with Rev. Al Houk officiating. Doris was born on August 3, 1924 in Camden, Arkansas to Mac Ray and Eva (Culbreath) Givens. Doris is preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd William Cook, her daughter, Linda Purcell and her husband Bill and her parents. Survivors include her son, Larry Cook and wife Paula; granddaughters, Tessa Cook, Heather Cook, and Lisa Longley and husband Joe; great-granddaughter, Astrid Cook; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.
