Doris Germann, age 84 of Seguin, passed away on May 17, 2012. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Cross Church with Rev. Jim Price and Rev. Lee Zillmann officiating. Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery. Doris was born on February 15, 1928 in Guadalupe County to the late Paul Henry and Hedwig Moltz Beutnagel. In 1969 her husband Arno Germann preceded her in death. Doris will be remembered as the Organist at Cross United Church of Christ, for over 70 years. Doris worked for many years at Starcke Furniture which she also considered as part of her family. Survivors include her sons, John Germann, James Germann and partner Dave Stoimenoff, and Stephen Germann and wife Shirley; grandson, David Germann; sisters-in-law, Nelda Kubala and Norma Jones; brother-in-law, Reno Germann and wife Connie; god-daughter, Jeanne Rawe; a host of other relatives and friends.
