Dorothy Janine Foster, known as "Jeannie" to her family and "Rainy" to her friends, departed this life on January 29, 2010. She was born on January 23, 1948 to parents Baldwin and Cadie Foster in Tampa, Florida where she spent her early years. Later she settled in Seguin, Texas and worked many years there for HEB Grocery. Left to mourn her are her sister, Barbara Springer, brother-in-law Philip Springer, her relatives in Florida from the Cayman Islands and her God-daughter Amanda Andalora-Degn. She was dearly loved and will be forever missed. Private services and interment will be held at a later date in Florida. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
