Dorothy Jean Woelke Donsbach, age 84 of Seguin, passed away on July 21, 2012. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Emanuel's Lutheran Church with Rev. Paul Zwarich officiating. Interment will follow in Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. Dorothy was born on February 4, 1928 in Seguin to Paul and Valeska Behrendt Woelke. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Emanuel's Lutheran Church, McQueeney VFW Auxiliary and Emanuel's Lutheran Ladies Aid. She loved cooking, gardening, canning, playing Dominos and cards and living on the farm. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Donsbach; parents and granddaughter, Lauren Marie Donsbach. Survivors include her daughter, Karen Ann Dietert and husband Clinton; son, Paul H. Donsbach and wife Diane grandchildren, Jason Bloch, Cody Dietert, Cory Dietert, Nicole Donsbach Rogers and husband Casey, Kelsey Donsbach and fiancé Reagan Freudenberg, and Carly Donsbach and great grandchild, Jared Rogers. Memorial contributions may be made to Emanuel's Lutheran Church or charity of choice.
