Edgar Carl Grimm, age 88 of Seguin, passed away on February 2, 2013. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Mike Rodriguez officiating. Private interment will be held at a later date. Edgar was born on July 19, 1924 in Guadalupe County to Johnny and Ida Seelk Grimm. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Edgar will be remembered as a long time barber in Seguin where he owned and operated Ed's Barber Shop. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Edmund Grimm and wife Mary and sister Elnora Springs and husband Bill. Survivors include his wife, Edna Mae Grimm; nephew, Norman Grimm and wife Mary Ann; numerous nieces and nephews and many other loving family members. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
