Edgar Allen Schubert, age 73 of Seguin, passed away on September 19, 2012. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 21, 2012 at Tres Hewell Mortuary from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The recitation of the rosary will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 8:45 a.m. followed by the mass of Christian burial at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery. Edgar was born in Seguin, Texas to Edgar Paul and Alice Roberts Schubert. They preceded him in death. Survivors include his siblings, James Schubert and wife Marilyn, Donald Schubert and Annette Matthies and husband Fred; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
