Edward Anthony (Ed) Rouse, age 76 of Seguin, formerly of Universal City passed away on November 2, 2012. A memorial service celebrating Ed's life will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Tom Jones officiating and military honors. Private interment will be held at a later date. Ed was born on June 30, 1936 in Sioux City, Iowa to Roy James and Mary Angela Bronowski Rouse. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for twenty years. Upon retirement from the Air Force he owned and operated Ed Rouse Plumbing until 1999. He is preceded in death by his parents and four brothers and sisters. Survivors include his loving wife of 56 years, June Rouse; children, Edward A. Rouse, Jr. and wife Lou Ann, William A. Rouse and partner Karyn Henderson, and Susan M. Rouse and life partner Dawn Sulaica; grandchildren, Kyle Rouse, Stephen Rouse, Cynthia Rouse, Curtis Scheele and wife Lynn, Amy Scheele and Ryan Scheele; great-granddaughters, Faith And Addison Scheele; brothers and sisters, Tom Rouse and wife Bonnie, Lorraine Moore and husband Frank, Judy Jonas, Gertrude Anderson and husband Andy, Ted Rouse and wife Kris; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Ed will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Memorial contributions may be made to the Guadalupe County Humane Society, P. O.
