Edward Lee McCoskey, 90, of Seguin, passed away on December 19, 2015. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Cross Church with Rev. Jim Price officiating. Interment to follow at San Geronimo Cemetery. Edward was born on December 13, 1925 in Dallas, Texas to Truman Harold and Mayme Lee (Sappington) McCoskey. Edward became a United States Marine in January 1943 and served in the Pacific Theater during WW II as a Corporal. He was honorably discharged February 1946. He then went to work at Kaiser Steel where he retired as a foreman. He married the love of his life, Bonnie Dean Couch on April 12, 1947, and they shared the next 68 years of their life together. Edward is preceded in death his parents and sons, James and Eddie McCoskey. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Bonnie; daughter-in-law Darline McCoskey; sister-in-law Alleen Stephenson and husband Bill; nephew Jim Stephenson and wife Vanette; niece Debi Jahns and husband Larry, as well as numerous other loving family members. Serving as pallbearers will be Jim Stephenson, Billy Stephenson, Larry Jahns, Jory Jahns, Dusty Jahns, and Kurt Kelso. Memorial Contributions may be made to Cross Church, 814 N.
