Efraim Perez Sanchez, age 75 of Seguin, passed away on November 1, 2024.  Efraim was born on July 4, 1949 in New Braunfels, Texas to Nazaria (Perez) and Bernardino Sanchez.  Efraim proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam War.

Efraim is preceded in death by his son, Efrain Sanchez, Jr., his parents and his sister, Mary Ann Estrada.

Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years, Maria A. Sanchez; children, Dora A. Perez and husband Roy, Christopher Sanchez and wife Lorinda, Paul A. Sanchez, and Eric M. Sanchez; daughter-in-law, Rafaela Sanchez; grandchildren, Angus M. Perez and wife Carley, Amber Sanchez, Efrain Sanchez III, and wife Emery, Valerie A. Perez and husband Justin, Jade Sanchez, Christopher Sanchez, Jr. and Gavino Sanchez; great-grandchildren, Aaron M. Perez, Easton G. Perez, Olivia G. Perez, Ozzy Bear, Patrick Casas, Travis Jaxon San Nicholas, and Ephraim Sanchez IV; siblings, Bernard P. Sanchez and wife Blanca, Mike P. Sanchez, Jimmy P. Sanchez and wife Dottie, Ruben P. Sanchez and wife Angelina, and Irene S. Aleman and husband Pedro; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and a host of friends.

Visitation will begin on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel followed by funeral service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Ruben Sanchez officiating.  Interment with full military honors will follow in Santo Tomas Cemetery in Seguin.

Serving as pallbearers will Angus Perez, Justin Bear, Roy Perez, Christopher Sanchez, Eric Sanchez, Christopher Sanchez, Jr., Aaron Perez, and Efrain Sanchez III.
