Ada Elizabeth Morrison, age 74 of Seguin, passed away to be with Jesus on October 25, 2008. Visitation is from 5:00 – 7:00 pm on Monday, Oct. 27 at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel, followed by services there on Tues. Oct. 28 10:00 am with Rev. Bob Odom officiating, with burial at San Geronimo Cemetery. She is preceded in death by her husband R.L. "Rudy" Morrison, parents Ben and Ada Cockerham formerly of Wills Point, TX, brothers Harold Cockerham, Neville Cockerham, Jack Cockerham, and sister Judy Forster. She is survived by sons Rudy Morrison, Jr. and wife Linda of Marion, Michael Morrison and wife Jackie of Hendersonville, NC, and daughter Brenda Vordenbaum and husband Eric of Seguin, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers Eugene Cockerham, John Cockerham, and David Cockerham and their wives, and sisters Helen Neil, Betty Furrh and their husbands, all of N. Texas, brother-in-law Bill Kennedy of Tulsa, OK, sisters-in-law Andrea Bennett also of Tulsa, Myrtle Cockerham and Betty Jamieson of N. Texas, as well as a multitude of nieces and nephews.
