Emilia Leal Rodriguez, age 95 of Seguin, passed away on November 7, 2019. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 11, 2019 at Tres Hewell Mortuary from 4 to 6 p.m. Visitation will begin again at 9 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 with the recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery. Emilia was born on March 12, 1924 in Graytown, Texas to Elias and Maria (Gallona) Leal. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ramon Rodriguez, her parents and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include her children, Juanita Rodriguez, Lupe Carrera and husband Gabriel, Santos Rodriguez, and Pedro Rodriguez and wife Susie; grandchildren, Lisa Trevino and husband Joe, Anna Reyna and husband James, Pedro Rodriguez, Jr., Mary Hernandez and husband Robert, Carmen Gutierrez and husband Mario, Fabian Rodriguez and wife Lee Ann, Isabel Rodriguez, and Diana Reyes and husband Luis; numerous great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; sister, Amada "Cha Cha" Medrano; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.
