Emily Jean Honea, age 79 of Seguin, passed away on April 30, 2024.  Emily was born on July 22, 1944, in El Paso, Texas to Goldie (Winans) and Rennie Wayne Blair.

Jean is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Wayne Blair (Rowena), Jimmy Blair (Connie), Nancy Blair Lee (James), and Richard Blair.

Survivors include her children, Myron Larry Kizer, Sr. (Laury), Connie Sue Kizer (Gary Johnson), Missy Ann Baker (Kevin), Sara Marlene Olsen, Ruth Yvonne Cutler (James Peters) and Charlotte Lynn Blair; twelve grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, several great-greatgrandchildren, several nieces, nephews other loving family members and friends; and her beloved fur babies.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024, at Tres Hewell Mortuary from 5 to 7 p.m.   Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church with the Reverend Dr. Brice Mandaville officiating.  Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jarrett Blair, Kevin Baker, Myron Kizer, Jr., Craig Cutler, Jonathan Westbrook, Abel Sylvain, Colin Mrazek, and Ross Eckhart.
