Ernest Eugene Richardson, Jr.,(Gene), age 58 of Seguin, passed away on May 25, 2011. A celebration of life barbeque will be held on Monday, May 30, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the family home near Seguin. Gene was born on January 6, 1953 to Ernest Richardson and Twila Halverson Richardson. He proudly served his country in the United States Army for 9 years and will be remembered as a contractor for rebuilding mobile homes. Gene is preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Bobby Sammons and his beloved dog P. J. Survivors include his wife, Debra Jo Lehmann Richardson; daughters, Tammy Perez and husband Paul, Jennifer Gasch, Dawn Lynn and husband Todd, Amanda Haas and fiancé Travis Dearman; sons, Shawn Haas, Tim Haas and wife Jennifer, Tony Haas and wife Lisa and Matt Haas; grandchildren, Amy and fiancé Brandon Martinez, Paul, Amanda and Dezarae Perez, Zoey and Max Lynn, Emma, Lily and Chloe Haas, and Jacob Dearman; great-granddaughter, Jazlynn Martinez; sister, Ann Sammons; brothers, Robert Richardson and wife Deborah, Randy Richardson and wife Chris; mother-in-law, Elaine Lehmann; sister-in-law, Delva Carleton and husband Marcus; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
