Ernest Sosa, age 50 of Seguin, passed away on March 15, 2025.  Ernest was born on May 27, 1974 in Houston, Texas.

Ernest is preceded in death by his aunt, Enedina Sosa, and his great-grandmother, Andrea Perez.

Survivors include his mother, Ernestine Araiza and husband, Jose; siblings, Isaac Sosa, Augustine Sosa, and Dominga Sosa; uncle, Keith Varela and wife Yolanda; nieces and nephews, Roxanna Sosa, Isaac Sosa, Jr., Jacob Isaiah Sosa, Pedro "Boy" Fuentes, Jr., Nicole Fuentes, Gabriel Fuentes, and Shyie Fuentes; other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2025 from 3 to 5 p.m. with a prayer service beginning at 5 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel.  Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 10 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Brahm French officiating.  Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be David Leal, Robin Davila, Joshua "Pumba" Juarez, Jose Araiza, Jacob Isaiah Sosa, and Pedro "Boy" Fuentes, Jr.
