Esther Moreno (Machuca), age 57 of Seguin passed away peacefully on June 23, 2025. Esther was born on April 6, 1968 in Seguin, Texas to Gloria (Belmarez) and Guillermo Moreno.

She is preceded in death by her father; two great-nieces, Ava Nicole and Gloria Lynn and her son, Baby Jesus.

Survivors include her loving partner of 17 years, Ernest Machuca; mother Gloria Moreno; sister, Elizabeth Caudillo and husband Manuel; nieces, Jasmine Caudillo and Chealsea Lopez and husband Gabriel; nephew, Manuel Caudillo, Jr.; great-nieces and nephews, Gabriel Lopez, Jr., Adrian Lopez, Zariyah Lopez, Cali Lopez and Baby Azreal; numerous cousins, friends and other family.

Esther was a loving person. She always complimented people she was around. She loved her family and friends dearly. Her friends became family and with that came her joking personality. Esther adored her nieces, nephew, mom and dad with all her heart. Esther and her other half on weekends took riders through town garage sale browsing and just enjoying the scenery. Esther will always be remembered for her dinners with family, her pack of cigarettes, her Bush beer and her Dr. Pepper. Even though her journey on the earth was short, we loved her dearly and we will never forget her.

Visitation will be Monday, June 30, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel. Interment to follow at Santo Tomas Cemetery.
