Frank Cardenas, Jr.

Frank Cardenas, Jr., age 68 of Seguin, passed away on September 23, 2026. Frank was born in Seguin, Texas on March 30, 1958, to Maria Louisa (Orduño) and Frank R. Cardenas, Sr.

Frank is preceded in death by his mother, Maria Louisa Cardenas and his sister Camelita Cardenas.

Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years, Ann Marie Cardenas; children, Frank Cardenas, III and wife Jessica Flores, Crystal Cardenas and husband Bobby Tiemann, Daniel Cardenas, Nicholas Cardenas, and Arielle Cardenas; grandchildren, Jenabe Martinez, Gabrielle Hernandez and husband Marco Salazar, Savanah Cardenas, Dylon Tieman, Vincente Garcia, Jr., Ashlynn Garcia, Christopher Cardenas, and Jacob A. Hollub and wife Katelyn; great-grandchildren, Amelia and Malachi Salazar, and Lex Hollub; father, Frank Cardenas, Sr.; siblings, David O. Cardenas, and Mary Ellen Acosta and husband Jesse; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other loving family members and a host of friends.

Visitation will begin on Monday, September 28, 2026, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 9:30 a.m. followed by the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 10:00 a.m. and the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery. A reception will be announced.

Serving as pallbearers will be Frank Cardenas, III, Daniel Cardenas, Nicholas Cardenas, Dylon Tiemann, Vicente Garcia, Jr., and Christopher Cardenas.
