Fred M. Luke, age 81 of San Antonio, passed away on November 22, 2021.  Fred was born on May 17, 1940 in Montgomery, Alabama to Willie Ruth (Shealy) and Fred Andrew Luke.  He will be remembered as an employee at Kelly Field in San Antonio up until his retirement.

He is preceded in death by his son, Michael Christopher Luke, his parents, and his sister, Joyce C. Newell.

Survivors include his loving wife of 63 years, Sharon Luke; daughter, Sandra Muse; sons, Ritchie Luke and wife Yvonne, and Lance Luke; grandchildren, Shannon Muse, Courtney Luke, Aaron Luke, Jared Luke, Scott Luke, and Daniel Luke; great-grandchildren, Emma, Sage, Noah, Trevor and Brooklyn; niece, Laura Ackerman and husband Vin; two nephews, Buddy Newell and wife Diep, and David Newell and wife Simona; other loving family members and friends.

A private graveside service will be held in San Geronimo Cemetery in Seguin.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association San Antonio and South Texas Chapter, 10223 McAllister Freeway, Suite 100, San Antonio, TX 78216 or to the Parkinson's Foundation, 200 SE 1st Street, Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131.
