Gabriel F. Mendoza, age 65 of Seguin, entered eternal rest on Monday, August 16, 2021. Gabe was born on February 28, 1956 in New Berlin, Texas to Juan and Julia (Fernandez) Mendoza.

He is preceded in death by his parents Juan and Julia Mendoza. His brothers, Juan and Lee Mendoza and his grandson Gabriel Mendoza III.

Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years Irene Gonzales Mendoza; his sons, Gabriel Mendoza, Jr. of Seguin and Isaac (Samantha) Mendoza, Sr. of Pflugerville; his daughters, Valerie (Felix) Mendoza and Allianna (Robert) Mendoza of Seguin; Five Grandchildren, Gabriel Tito Mendoza, Gabrazae Mendoza, Matthew Mendoza, Gian Mendoza, and Isaac Mendoza, Jr. and sister Mary Medina; as well as other loving family members and many friends.

Gabe retired from New Braunfels Feed and Supply after 15 devoted years. He spent most of his days on his ranch with his animals, especially his prized game roosters. Gabe was a hardworking man, but he always made time to spend with his beloved family. He was a dedicated father, grandfather, and animal lover and will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
