Gary Allen "Dump Truck" Jahnsen, age 49, of Seguin, passed away on February 25, 2011. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 28, 2011 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Graveside services and interment will follow at 3:30 p.m. at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park with Pastor Butch Ikels officiating. Gary was born on December 12, 1961 in Seguin, Texas to Clarence Henry and Betty A. Dotson Jahnsen. He is preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his wife Janene Siler Jahnsen; daughters, Amanda Wilkinson and husband Scott, Mary Rightenour and husband John and Stephanie Jahnsen and fiancé Ben Jones; mother, Betty Jahnsen; siblings, Kathy Krause and husband Doug, Marilyn Ivy and husband David, Henry Jahnsen and wife Shirley, and Jackie Mercer and husband Sherman; step-children, William Mc Dermott and wife Rena and Darlynn Garzinski and husband Paul; eight grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
