Glenn George Charlton, Jr., age 78 of Seguin, passed away on September 13, 2020.  Glenn was born in San Antonio, Texas on October 3, 1941 to Edna (Hanes) and Glenn George Charlton, Sr.  Glenn proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.  He later retired from civil service at Kelly Field in San Antonio where he worked as an air craft mechanic.  Glenn loved nothing more than spending time with his family and friends.  He and his wife Judy opened their loving arms and home to many foster children.  He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Marshall Charlton.  Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years, Judy Charlton; daughter, Sharlene Fonseca and husband Robert; son, Patrick Charlton; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Pat Brewer, Carolyn Linquist, Mary Henderson, and Janice Charlton and husband Joel Bloom; sister-in-law, Sherry Charlton; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.

A memorial service celebrating Glenn's life will be held on Saturday September 19, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Amazing Grace Baptist Church with the Rev. Gradon Schaub officiating.  Private interment will be held at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to Amazing Grace Baptist Church, P. O.
